Dr. Tavel Bids Farewell to Anderson’s Mounds Mall

After 55 years, our Anderson, Ind. office location has moved out of the Mounds Mall. The staff has relocated the Anderson office to 5541 South Scatterfield Road to better serve the residents of Anderson. When the Indy-based Simon Property Group opened the Mounds Mall in 1965, Dr. Tavel was one of the very first tenants. Therefore, it is with fond memories and a fitting farewell that the Dr. Tavel team is the last tenant to relocate out of the mall.

New location, Same team

Members of the Dr. Tavel management team have served the Anderson community for nearly 15 years. Melissa Pierce, manager of the Anderson Dr. Tavel location, notes, “Many of our patients come back to see us every year, and I’m so excited to show them our updated office. With our new ‘Eyes on Safety’ protocols in place, patients can rest assured their visit will not only be enjoyable but also safer and more fashion-forward than ever before.” Pierce will celebrate her 15^th anniversary with the Dr. Tavel team in October, and her assistant manager, Ashley Coleman, has been part of Team Tavel for over eight years as well.
