A is for night vision! Winter is here meaning as the thermometer continues to drop, the days continue to get shorter leaving us less natural light to see when outside.  Seeing in the dark can be challenging on our eyes as many Indianapolis eye doctors see patients who comment on struggling to see when driving at night.  Eyeglasses or contact lenses may be the solution for some patients but all patients should first consume more Vitamin A and do so each day!
