Why do you choose your eye care products?

Bausch and Lomb commissioned a study in late January which revealed that consumers list vision quality as the factor that most influences their eye care decisions.

The International Needs, Symptoms, Incidence, Global Eye Health Trends (NSIGHT) survey asked 3,800 glasses and contact lens-wearers ages 15 to 65 from seven nations to rank eight potential features of eye care products.

While vision quality may seem like the obvious choice, it was interesting to learn that patients listed comfort as sixth out of eight factors. The eight categories, in descending order, were vision, health, environment, eye condition, convenience, comfort, personal performance and personal appearance.

Vision quality is imperative in many of life’s important moments. Take weddings, for example (something I’m very in tune with these days).
