The holidays can be a busy and hectic time for many of us. Amid all the changes and challenges the past couple of years have brought, it’s always nice to share good news, so we asked #TeamTavel what they are thankful for right now. From good health to family, here are a few reasons #TeamTavel is giving thanks this year:
Dr. Larry Tavel, President
“I’m thankful for all my wonderful teammates at Dr. Tavel Family Eyecare who I get to work with every day.”
Tiffany Moore, Success Center Manager
“I am thankful for my family, friends, and being able to work with the amazing #TeamTavel!”
Dr. Judy Walrath, Director of Professional Relations
“I’m thankful for my career, my family, our health, and that my loved ones had access to the vaccination and booster this season.”
Tatya Pang, Optician in Training, Fishers
“It was a rough year because of the pandemic. Before joining Team Tavel, I lost my career of over 20 years. Against all the odds – one year later, I’m glad to be employed with Dr. Tavel. This year, I give thanks to my family, friends, health, and my work family.”
Macy Neal, CES, Mooresville
“This year I’m thankful for the miracle of motherhood. I’m thankful for the opportunity to grow my family while growing my career. Dr. Tavel has given me the chance to do both at the same time.”
Brittney Childers, Richmond Office Manager
“I am thankful for having the chance to work for a wonderful company that cares about its employees. I am also thankful for the chance to be a momma to my 2 beautiful daughters and 4 bonus children!”
Alexis Schaffer, Technician Supervisor
“This year, I am thankful for my daughter, my family, and my friends. I am so grateful to work for a company that truly wants its employees to succeed and cares about its’ clients well being!”
Jenn Burns, Mooresville Office Manager
“As a full-time working mom and wife, I am so thankful for the opportunity to grow within a company that helps me support my ability to raise up my family. Dr. Tavel has been such a blessing to me. This year, I was able to buy my first home and settle into a community that I love.”
LaShaun Allen, Bloomington Assistant Manager
“When I think about what I am thankful for, my first thought is all the good that is in my life. I am breathing, I have a roof over my head, and I have a job. I am also thankful for my Dad, who I just lost, for shaping me into a strong woman! Remember to give thanks for every moment in your life and enjoy the ride.”
