Make a Splash with Purifier® Polarized Lenses

My zodiac sign is Gemini which means I tend to like being in or around water.  With the temperature rising and a swimming pool directly across from our house, I will more than likely be spending significant time outdoors.  With this in mind, I made sure that my new pair of aviator sunglasses from Dr. Tavel have Purifier® Polarized lenses.

Purifier® Polarized lenses are the best type of sun lens not only because they eliminate glare and protect your eyes from harmful UV rays, but because they enhance colors and accentuate contrast and acuity.

Since light travels in every direction, when it hits a surface it creates a reflection.  The reflected waves vibrate in a horizontal direction causing glare.  Reflective glare reduces visual acuity and depth perception.  It will also distort color and cause temporary blindness and squinting, resulting in unnecessary strain to the eyes.

Conventional sunglasses only reduce the amount of light that is transmitted through the lens.  Indiana eye doctors say polarization is the ONLY way to eliminate glare while still blocking harmful UV rays.

Purifier® Polarized lenses absorb light waves traveling in any direction and transmit light in one direction, reducing or eliminating it completely.

Purifier® Polarized lenses are ideal for fisherman on the water because they allow them to see the fish swimming beneath the surface of the water.  If the same fisherman were wearing a pair of traditional sunglasses, they would only be able to see the reflection of the sunlight on the surface.

So whether you are at the pool or on the lake, make sure your Dr. Tavel sunglasses have Purifier® Polarized lenses.
