I just got my new pair of glasses and let me tell you, it is hard to keep those specs clean. I constantly find  a smudge on the lenses and find myself wanting to clean them with anything I can find. It is so tempting to want to use a T-shirt, paper towel or anything in reach to clean your glasses. Don’t do it!

Here’s the thing, cleaning with any material other than a microfiber cleaning cloth can result in permanent damage to your glasses. Here is my recommendation, carry an eyeglass cleaning cloth with you wherever you go. Keep it in your purse or wallet at all times for when you accidentally touch your lenses or dirt begins to blur your view. To keep lenses in tip top shape, it is extremely important to clean your glasses with a microfiber cleaning cloth.
