How much candy did you eat last night? If you’re like some people I know (myself included), you may not have waited for trick-or-treaters to arrive before you dug in yourself.

I try to live an active lifestyle because I know it’s important for my overall health. I get an eye exam every year and visit the doctor regularly. I also exercise several times per week and eat a healthy diet.
