It is almost impossible to avoid staring at a screen all day in this day and age.  Phone, computer and television screens are constantly surrounding us. All this screen time could be causing stress on your eyes.

According to webmd.com, blurry vision or irritated eyes at work could be a strong sign of computer vision syndrome. This means your eyes are reacting to an abundance of screen time. To avoid symptoms, be sure to take breaks from looking at the  computer screen, have adequate lighting in your office, and keep lubricating eye drops in your desk.
