Return Policy

To meet the needs of our customers, Dr. Tavel Online does our best to ensure the upmost quality of our glasses and products from the doctor to your doorstep.

We also make sure that during delivery our products are properly protected.

Please carefully review your order upon receipt. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return purchased items to us. To receive a full refund or a one-time replacement (excluding shipping costs), you must adhere to the following:

2. Within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, return the product, with original tags and packaging, to us at: Dr. Tavel Online, 2839 Lafayette Road, Indianapolis, IN 46222

3. Should the customer decide to choose a product of higher value, the difference will be charged.

4. We do NOT refund for shipping and handling costs.

Shipping Policy

Dr. Tavel Online offers one low $4.99 rate for shipping on all of our products. Orders are filled and shipped once payment is received and should arrive within 7 business days.

Shipping dates are estimates though and delays may occur that are beyond the control of Dr. Tavel. Items will not be shipped until payment has been received.

If you do not accept delivery of a shipped order, you may be responsible for additional fees to cover reasonable additional costs, including but not limited to additional insurance, delivery fees, storage fees, etc.
