Dr. Rohil Patel began his career as an optometrist in 2024 and has been practicing at Dr. Tavel since 2025. He earned a BS in Neuroscience and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington and his Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry. He specializes in ocular disease and is an AOA member.
When asked why he enjoys working at Dr. Tavel, Dr. Patel said, “I enjoy working at Dr. Tavel because of the large support network Dr. Tavel provides allows me to practice to the best of my abilities.”
In his free time, Dr. Patel enjoys exploring the outdoors, especially while on a hike. And, fun fact, he has played the violin since childhood and likes to play it every once in a while.
