“For me personally, having a mix of medical, routine, and a sprinkle of admin work helps to keep it interesting. Nailing a medical diagnosis or providing an RX that a patient feels is ‘life changing’ definitely keeps me motivated.  I really do love the group practice modality and being able to talk to other docs regarding cases, patients, or just life stuff in general. Also, having a good relationship with office staff makes it more fun to come to work for sure. Even though I’m naturally a more quiet natured person, it makes a world of a difference for me when I’m in an office with staff/docs that I can talk to.

With Tavel specifically, I feel heard and involved. So I don’t feel like I’m trapped in a system in which I’m unhappy. I feel like this is KEY. I would be way less motivated in a place where things are not running smoothly and my feedback is not well-received.”
