To reorder contacts exactly as the doctor ordered® follow instructions below:
If you are a patient of Dr. Tavel Family Eye Care and have a valid contact lens prescription from one of Dr. Tavel's board certified associates and you were provided a username and password from our office, please select Returning Customer and follow the prompts to order contacts exactly as the doctor ordered®.
If you are a patient of Dr. Tavel but did not receive a username and login, please call the office where you had your eye exam so they can provide you with access to your online account. Find office contact information HERE.
If you are a patient with a prescription from another office (not a Dr. Tavel office), select New Customer and choose the Dr. Tavel office nearest to you. You will then be asked to provide information from the prescribing office.
